What Causes Pus Filled Bumps On The Penile Shaft?
Hi, I had a protected sexual encounter in feb 2014 with a csw , after 3-4 days i get burning sensation on my penis, pain in testis, some back pain, & a clear discharge when squezing the penis, there seems to be very minute raised bump near the urthera opening which never causes any issue issue & also a very minute pus filled on the lower part of the shaft where the skin toches the penis head, all urine culture were negative through out till three months

Pus-filled bumps on the penile shaft commonly occur due to infection, improper hygiene, friction due to tight fitting clothes, humid climate conditions, folliculitis, razor bumps, blocked or clogged oil glands (sebaceous cysts) sometimes it can be due to STI.
You can apply Hydrocortisone cream for relieving. However, you are recommended to get physically examined & get STD tests done to rule out STI. Your treating doctor may give you ointments containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. You may require Corticosteroid injections, antibiotics or antivirals depending upon the severity of the infection.
