What Causes Pus Filled Blisters On The Shaft Of Penis?

hello i have a puss format on my penile shaft more towards the groin, earlier before i have had two puss filled bumps on the groin.. i also was a lil scared of STD's and got tested for HIV and the results came negative. type of test is Oracheck

can you please suggest the possible reason.

I really appreciate your concern, I would like to say that this could be infection (Bacterial) and this need to be ruled out, if this is filled with the pus then this is bacterial infection if this is being treated with antibiotic then this would give best result, hope this information helps, take care.
