Hello and welcome to HCM,
A pus filled blister on the external genitalia (bikini line) is due to bacterial infection.
Herpes is characterized by fluid filled blisters which are often painful and they appear in crops.
External genitalia is favored site for infections and inflammations like boils, furunculosis etc since the area is rich in hair follicles.
In case the pus filled lesion re-appears, do not press or burst the lesion.
If the problem is severe and recurrent you need to consult your gynecologist for an antibiotic treatment.

Thanks and take care
