What Causes Purple Swollen Gum Behind Teeth?
I have a gap between my teeth and was I. The car drinking from a straw earlier and now behind my teeh is all purple and swollen I mouth washed and brushed before bed but I think that irritated it. I also sleep with my mouth closed so my tounge is pressed against it that may also cause an issue

It needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs. Kindly take help of dentist in this regard.
