What Causes Purple Cluster Of Dots On Ear Of Infant?

Dear Doctor My 14 month old baby started to develop purple cluster of dots on his left ear lobe . There were no other accompanying symtoms. 2 days on the dots seemed to be getting lighter. However his right ear lobe statted to develop the same cluster . What should I do ?

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be due to some viral infection, wait for some time and this would be fine soon, no need to treat this condition, if this does not comes to normal then this can be tried local application of "Diphenhydramine lotion" but most of the time this comes around on its own, hope this information helps, take care.
