What Causes Purple Bruise On Leg?
I noticed a bullseye-like bruise on my leg and was recently in Cape Cod (an area known for its large tick population). I never noticed a tick and the rash is more purple than it is red, but it does have a clear center with a small hole. Does this sound consistent with a tick bite/is it worth getting checked out?

Hi dear patient,I study ur case because of little history ur provided its sounds like lyme disease judging by symptoms.I'm 90% sure it is Lyme Disease...please provide some more information about your rash is it itchy or not.I advised you some tests for confirmation purpose do western blot test and blood cp.if it get positive consult with some Lyme disease association or consultant in other case after ur lab reports I further guide you about treatment.Regards Dr Wasif
