Thanks for your question through HCM I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN. there is pulsating vein on right side of neck,which is nothing but jugular venous pulse .. it is directly drains into superior vena cava,so right side of heart. we can see pulsation of this when it there is intolerance of load on right heart . I would like to know whether you have symptoms like breathlessness on exertion,swelling over foot or ankle .. check once ECG ,2Decho scan ,cbp,serum creatinine and lipid profile . it indicates diagnosis ,consult near cardiologist once , don t worry ma but early treatment is always better . ok ,take care
