Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pulsating sound in ears which could be due to number of reasons like Eustachian tube dysfunction, ear infection, ear wax accumulation and increase in blood pressure. It seems to be a localized increase in blood pressure due to which you are experiencing pulsating sensation . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and start treatment after proper prescription. For now take proper rest and drink green tea two times a day. Doctor may prescribe drug like eperisone , muscle relaxant and sedatives. Apply warm compresses as well. Maintain hygiene and avoid pricking it with sharp object.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
