What Causes Protruded Left Rib Cage Along With Severe Pain In Lower Back?

Hi! I ran 3mi everyday for three consecutive days then my inner legs hurt so I stopped running and working out. After a week, the pain went away. The following day, though, my upper left back started to hurt as well as the outer part of my left foot. The pain in my back was more pronounced when I leaned forward. It went away that night but the pain in my left foot is still present for almost two weeks now. I also noticed that my left rib is more protruded than the right rib but I m not sure if it has been like this before because I just noticed it now. What is most likely the cause of all these?

the rib might feel protruted its not smthng to wory about it might me nrmal cmpare both sides also and as for your leg pain you might have injured a muscle it might be strain wht i wil advise is you stay home rest for a while if it hurts alt take a pin killer
