What Causes Prostatomegaly?
i am 52 years old. i am told after Ultra Sound that I am suffering with prostatomegaly 2 - problem. Weight 43 gms i do not have problems with frequently going to the toilet, during night I go once with to the toilet, I can retain my urine if need be. kindly help.

The treatment of prostatomegaly depends on the stage of the prostatomegaly.
I suggest to follow up with a urologist for further evaluation. I also recommend doing a urine test to check for a urinary tract infection.
Many times the treatment is surgical intervention.
