What Causes Prostatomegaly?
Hi I am diagnosed with Grade 1 Prostatomegaly. Echo texture measures 3.3x4.3x3.4 and volume 26cc. My age is 30. Urine culture shows E.coli, blood and some infection. Even after 5 days of antibiotics I see there is enlargement in prostate. What might have caused this and what treatment options do I have ? Do I need to worry ?

take complete course of antibiotic with alcasol syrup and furadentoin tablet.consult urologist for examination, psa test can be done. or prostate biopsy can be done with trans rectal route taking the tissue
