Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having heavy bleeding since many month

Your work up done as follow....
_CBC (to check anemia)
_pelvic and per speculum examination
_pelvic USG
_ESR

The causes can be endometriosis, fibroid, polyp, adenomyosis, ovarian cause etc

For these above work up beneficial

If still cause not clear your endometrial curretage can be planned and sent it for histopathology examination

Until you do all these work up trenexemic acid tablet can be taken

Consult gynecologist for examination and discuss my answer

If specific cause found than treated accordingly

Take care
