Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that oral contraceptives can cause hyperplasia (growth) of the endometrial layer of the uterus and increase the risk of uterine hemorrhage after trauma.

I recommend consulting with the gynecologist and performing an ultrasound to examine better your uterus.
