What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Nordette Pills?
Hi, I took Nordette pills (following the instruction) within 24 hours after we had unprotected sex last May 5. Then after 8 days, I had a bleeding with a normal flow like you had menstruation but the following days(2 days to be exact after that 1st day of bleeding) till now the bleeding gone lighter. What do you think that bleeding means? Is it possible that I m pregnant? When can I take PT? Thanks.

The bleeding which you described is known as withdrawal bleeding. The tablets you took have caused it, but no need to worry you are not pregnant. If you are in doubt you can do urine pregnancy test but chances of getting the positive result are nil.
