General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance, polyp, fibroid, coagulation defect, cervix/endometrial dysplasia.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and PAP smear/colposcopy.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause
Progesterone pill and tranexemic acid will help t reduce the bleeding
Take healthy diet with iron supplements and maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Hope this may help you
