General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

TMT normality and ECG normality are to rule out vascular heart disease. In that case the possible cause for your symptoms is cervical spondylitis or cervical rib which causes pressure on the nerve supplying your affected arm, chest and jaw too. Exact site of compression needs to be recognised for advise of specific treatment which would be oral or injectable injection, vitamin B12, calcium and vitamin D along with physiotherapy; surgery in few cases. Please consult a orthopedic surgeon or spinal surgeon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
