What Causes Prolonged Pain And Drainage In The Ears?

I m a 62 year old white male. I ve had problems with dizziness and ear pain for over 40 years and I had drainage in my ears when I was a baby. I ve tried to get my family physician to please see why I m so sore behind my ear/ears when I become dizzy and weak but he says it s only sinus. I become very weak, nauseated and just plain sick when this occurs and the older I get I can t handle it anymore. I have ear pain like there s pressure in them and the pain runs down my neck after several days. I ve been to many ENT doctors for years but I believe it s my mastoid bone because of the soreness behind my ear. It s my red behind my ear but it s extremely sore. Can you please help me?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Chronic ear discharge from birth ,possibility of chronic suppurative otitis media should be ruled out. This is associated with infection of the mastoid _mastioiditis which causes pain and redness behind ear.My advice is to go for mastoidectomy surgery ,its never too late.
