General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have fibroid and bulky uterus. Bleeding is due to fibroid only. I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo proper examination. Progesterone intrauterine device and tranexemic acid will useful. NSAID like ibuprofen to reduce inflammation, GNRH agonist can be useful. If drugs will not respond, then only option is surgical excision, uterine artery embolization. Eat healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
