What Causes Prolonged And Painful Menstruation?
When i am on my Period i usually have it for two to three weeks, last year i was put on the pill i can remember what i was on but it was the first pill. At the end of last year i was put on Micrgynon 50 ED. i missed one pill and got my period straight away. i have had my period for the last two weeks and the pain is getting worse. When i am at school i am scared that i will leak onto my clothing while at school. The pain gets worse at night and sometimes i have to sleep laying up to stop the pain. i have tried panadol, hot water bottles nothing seems to work. what do i do

From history it seems that you might be having Dysmenorrhoea and menorrhegia giving this problem.
This might be due to hormonal imbalance at this age.
You might require few cyclical hormonal medicine courses.
Take Dicophenac or Meftal spas to get relief of pain.
