What Causes Profuse Sweating With Condition Of Cerebral Palsy?

My 28 year old son has severe spastic quadiplegic cerebral palsy. He uses an electric wheelchair and has a balifen pump. Last night he told me he needed to go to the bathroom. He instantly called for me. I went in and he had made no attempt to transfer to the toliet. He told me he was sweating. He had almost instant profuse sweating. His shirt was soaked. I checked his heart rate and on the left arm it was high. I then checked the right arm and the heart rate was okay, but his pulse was 108 on both arms. He was holding his head. I asked if it was hurting and he said it felt strange. He could talk fine. The entire episode lasted maybe 5 minutes. The only thing that lasted is that he couldn't help with the transfers as well as normal. When I put him in bed, he still had trouble helping with the transfers. He has never had seizures. What could it have been?
