Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

Breathing difficulty could be related to both lung and heart disease.

As you are Diabetic, smoker and overweight, both could be related.

I will recommend seeing your doctor soon.

Till then I will advise you to get an ECG, 2D Echo and a Chest X-Ray done for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameer Maheshwari,
Cardiologist
