What Causes Pricking Pain At The Lower Side Of The Neck?

Hi...recently had a bad fall...both sides of my condyles are cracked. Last week had my 1st left premolar rct tooth extacted .?now having sharp painful like needle prick pain at the lower left side of my neck.. What could be the cause of this pain? Thank you... From joan

The pain near the left side of the neck can be radiating pain from the fractured conyle or mandibular angle. Nothing to be panic consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated.
