General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you have sinus disease along with migraines then you may also want to consider anti histamine decongestant combination to help with the headaches.

The decongestant would help reduce your congestion which may be contributing to your headache.

The use of a warm compress to the area may aid in drainage if it is related to congestion.
This can be done for 15 to 20 mins, twice daily

I hope this helps
