What Causes Pressure On The Back Upon Coughing?

why is it when I cough my back cracks in my lower lumber or at other times the middle will crack, every once in a while the top between my shoulders cracks. it feels like pressure on my back allot after uncomfortable sleep or doing a lot of activities throughout the day. I also have pain that radiates from the upper lower lumber into my legs where I feel it in my bones. my where my legs meet and a join to my hip pivot for every day the tissue feels very inflammation to sum it up aching pain tender sore throbbing weakness in joints hand elbows knee's weak grip in hands at times for some of these alignments when the pain is at high levels past the 10 scale rating.

You need to mention your age so that I provide you with better information.
Backache along with pain that radiates from lower lumbar to hips and legs can be because of pinched nerve at your lumbar spine.
I advise you to get a clinical eamination done from orthopaedician.If required,MRI scan of spine may be needed.
This pain can be dealth with analgesics like ibuprofen or acetamiophen twice a day for couple of days.Local massage and warm compress may reduce the pain.
Strength training and muscle relaation eercises with consultation from physical therapist will give relief.
Dairy products,green leafy vegetables,fruits and Calcium supplements will add to the bone health.
Still if the problem persists,local steroid injections or higher level pain killers will be prescribed.
So far pain at other joints and weakness is considered,I advise you to get investigations like haemogram.anti rheumatoid factor,anti nuclear antiibodies tested to rule out autoimmune disease.
