What Causes Pressure In Vagina And Lower Abdomen?

I have had several bladder infections in the past year. i needed antibiotics.
I experience pressure in the vagina when urinating. It doesn't burn. Then I also experience pressure in the lower abdomen...above the pubic bone. Could it be something other than a bladder infection? I am 58 years old and no longer have any periods. I have good health.I do take antidepressants.
