What Causes Pressure In The Head When I Sneeze Or Cough?

I have had a headache on the right side if my head for about a month. I saw an ENT and have taken antibiotics (2 rounds) that have not helped. Pressure when I sneeze, cough or bend over. Decongestants really don t help nor does aspirin or Tylenol. I see the ENT again next week and will ask for a CAT scan or MRI. What so you think?

Thanks for the question, you should have CT paranasal sinuses, if it is abnormal then go for MRI brain with paranasal sinuses.
