What Causes Pressure In The Esophagus And Stomach Ulcer?

I have strong pressure in my esophagus. I had an endocopy done about 3 weeks ago and discovered I have a small ulcer in my lower stomach. They took a biopsy to see if there was bacteria- test came back negative. The doctor put me on Dexilant which wasn t helping. Then put me on protonix- that is not working either. This pressure is extremely uncomfortable. What else could this be?
