What Causes Pressure In The Chest And Nausea While On Nexium?

I have been taking 40 mi of nexium for the past two years for acid reflux and a hiatal hernia. Suddenly in the past three months I have been expriencing pressure in my chest and upper abdomen as well as nausea. Could I have become immune to the nexium or could I be getting worse? I have just been feeling pretty rotten lately. Had a endoscopy in Janurary showed nothing new going on. Should I switch to a different medication or go back to my doctor? He does not seem very concerned.

It is not really due to nexium. Take plenty of water and avoid fatty foods. we can change to some alternative medications if symptoms persists
