What Causes Pressure In The Chest And Elevated BP Level?

This morning, I started getting pressure in my chest, it feels like food or gas is lodged. I haven t eaten anything. It comes and goes. I take 20 mg of lisiniprol everyday. My blood pressure is usually pretty good 124/72. I just took it and it s 154/81.

You should probably check or have a complete work-up to check for cardiac problems, specifically, dyslipidemia, or myocardial infarction, is also possible. Have a complete work-up as soon as possible so proper treatment regimen maybe started the soonest.
