What Causes Pressure In The Bladder Even After Urinating?

I have been taking OxyElite Pro for about 45 days now and as of the last week have had a problem of feeling like i am about to pee myself even right after i use the restroom. It is like i can never get it all out. I also think that there is some very small discharge or pee leaking from my penis. Not sure what to do but it is getting to the point that I cannot get to sleep at night because of the feeling that I am about to pee. Any help or suggestions?
