What Causes Pressure In Tailbone Area While Passing A Bowel Movement?
A few months ago I started noticing a sore tailbone and sometimes feeling like there is rash in that same area. Now when I have to do a bm it feels like there is an extreme amount of pressure in that spot. Pressure feeling goes away once I go to bathroom.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to inflammation or an infection in this region.
That is why, I would recommend consulting with a surgeon for a physical exam and performing a chest X Ray study of this region. Inflammation tests (complete blood count, ESR, PCR) are also needed.
