Hello,

It may be due to urinary tract infection or prostatitis. Kindly do complete hemogram, urine routine and culture sensitivity, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any other possibilities. You may require antibiotics like tab. Nitrofurantoin and syp Cital after consultation. Drink plenty of water and fluids. Stay hydrated all day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
