What Causes Pressure At The Tip Of Penis During Urination?
When I urinate I feel pressure at the end of my penis like there is a lot of urine and the hole is too small to let all the urine out. It almost feels like an orgasm. This just started a few months ago. I m 65 and I m worried it could be prostrate related.

The pressure at the tip of penis during urination does not reveal a prostate issue , but rather urethral narrowing, phimosis or urethral calculus sounds to be of differential diagnosis issues. Need a consultation with expert urosurgeon or general surgeon for clinical exam and further guidelines.
