General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history about pressure and tightness in head particularly on bending, ear aches, unable to move head abruptly for 2 months , had vertigo 5 years ago.
The commonest reasons for your present symptoms can be due to one of the following reasons:
Sinusitis causes similar problems wherein the headache is a referred pain.
This can be diagnosed well with CT scan of nose and sinuses and treated as per the cause if found.
Other reasons can be related to brain and its coverings called meninges. This can be diagnosed by an Opinion of a Neurologist, MRI of the brain, Serum electrolytes, Spinal fluid tapping if meningitis is suspected. The tumors are obviously and well seen on MRI.
The treatment will be as per the cause found.
Vertigo was 5 years ago and if not present now should not be worried about.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
