What Causes Pressure And Discomfort In Chest While On Propafenon And Metaprolol?
I am taking 2x150mg pills of propafenon daily to treat the almost daily fast heart beats I am having. In addition I am taking 75 mg metaprolol for arrythmia . I have a feeling of discomfort and pressure in my chest , no pain. Is that a normal side effect.?

You have not mentioned for which type of arrhythmia you are taking propafenone and metoprolol.
Propafenone may cause Bronchospasm which can lead to feeling of chest tightness and difficulty breathing which might be your case.
It can be replaced with suitable alternatives for which you can consult your Cardiologist/ Physician.
