What Causes Pressure Above The Ears?
for the past 3 weeks been having a nagging progressing to persistant pressure on the upper side of my head right above my ear worse when i bend over to pic up items , then it change to worse ,like that part of my head is braking apart to the side of my temple

It can be beginning of hearing loss many a times.... but,
Not just the pressure , but severe head ache on bending suggests possibility of problem like brain tumor ( which is treatable when diagnosed early )
I would suggest MRI of skull to find/ exclude brain tumor & get specific treatment by a neurosurgeon.
