What Causes Presence Of Third Testicle?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have just met a man in the last two months and I have fallen in love with him. But he has a fetish i am unsure about. He likes to dress in womens clothing. He is not gay but says this is an escape for him.

He also has a third testicle and I was wondering if this si anything to be worried about.?

Hi,
Having a third testicle is not normal. Are you sure that it is a third testicle? It could be something like a hydrocele of the cord.
You can get an appointment with your GP and ask him to advice an Ultrasound of the Scrotum to know what it is as it might require some treatment.
As for the fetish, they are habits that are imbibed from childhood over a period of time. You cant really change them but you could rethink of your relationship if you feel that he might be gay or bisexual,
