PVCs if insignificant are not an issue but if very frequent then workup needs to be done to find a cause i would suggest you to visit your electrophysiolgist to discuss about possbile cause and treatment plan I would suggest you ti avoid anything that makes heart to excite like coffee caffeine energy drinks, drink a glass of water 15 minutes before food it might help.
