What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

I'm 26,180 cm, 61 kg and i have slim body.My problem is that whenever i think about sex or talk with my fiancee or watch sexy scenes my pennis starts erecting quickly and after some time it loose and then ejaculates white liquid not sperms bt some thing sticky material.I consulted one of my doctor and said its normal but i wana know why it happens quickly with me and is there any way to finish this.And next year i m going to be married so will it affect on my marriage life?Regards

Hello young man,

You are absolutely normal and this thing is not going to affect your married life at all.
Pre-ejaculation liquid secreted for lubrication before sex. Whenever young person excited due to sex feelings form couper's gland of penis this clear sticky fluid comes. It is not semen not ejaculation.It is just preparation for sex. When no friction provided through hand or though sex, penis loses its erection in this case. This is also normal.

Gradually this problem will stop on its own. Your sensitivity threshold to sexual stimuli gradually increases and you will not easily so much aroused with sexy scenes that it leads to pre-ejaculation fluid secretion.
