What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Hello. I am kind of worry about my husband. We have never had sex till night of our wedding. As we are having sex, I realized that it doesn t take 2 mintue before my husband ejaculate and his penis never rise again. But I later discorver that he never penetrate with women before. So I am kind of wondering if it was premature ejaculation or he needs medical attention. He use to have eraction anyway but its never last.

I can understand your concern. Premature ejaculation is a distressing problem. A lot of males suffer from early ejaculation because of severe anxiety during intercourse. So to increase the ejaculation one have to relax himself before intercourse. You have married recently and its common in males to ejaculate earlier than usual. Spend a lot of time in foreplay and this will make his erection hard and his time will improve. Use a gel based lubricant to make entry smooth and this will also help to increase the time. If symptoms persist then visit a doctor for help.

Medicines like SSRIs as Dapoxetine can help to increase the ejaculation time.
