when I was 13 years old boy, I started masturbiating, now i am 35 years old, and now I also masturbiating too, now whenever i watch sexy photos or hot sexy moives, with out sex, my sperm comes out so fast or soon, I am single, I am scaring to get married

hi dear,
early ejaculation on seeing just a photo or sexy movies suggest that you have over excitement and due to that such complain occur.
masturbation does not lead to such premature ejaculation.
it is a normal phenomena and 99% of male doing it.
for early ejaculation there are two technique
1.squeezing technique in which squeeze you glans of penis when feel to ejaculate
2. start and stop technique. in which when you fell that you may going to ejaculate then stop and again start when relaxed.
also there certain medication for early ejaculation.
consult psychiatrist for detail history and counselling.
