What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Erectile Dysfunction?

Sir, i am 22 years old, unmarried . I read about problems like premature ejaculation etc. Since then i am in state of thinking whether it is problem to me or just superstition. 1. Ejaculate in 2 minutes 2. Can not get harder erection for more than 2 minutes 3 . Penis size is 4.5 inches when erected.. Are the above condition just my superstition or real problems. Help me please

Premature ejaculation can occur in men who have intercourse occasionally without any apparent underlying problems. You can try the squeeze technique (squeeze the penis in the area between the shaft and the glans (for about 30 seconds), just before you are about to ejaculate) and stop and go technique (Stop the stimulation for 30-60 seconds and start again once you feel that you have regained control. Repeat this process 4-5 times.) to help with the problem.
If these techniques are not helping then medication in the class SSRIs can be tried.
