General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of Pregnancy evidenced by nausea breast tenderness weakness loss of menses backache with negative Pregnancy test following a previous history tubal ligation I will suggest a possible condition called hyperestrogenemia (high estrogen level) with ovarian atrophy

In view of this please do a hormone profile test to rule out this condition

Meanwhile please see your gynecologist specialist with the result for further clinical assessment and possible hormone replacement therapy

I hope this helps Regards
