Many other factors can influence your menstrual cycle other than pregnancy. So ruling out other causes like anemia, infections, hormonal imbalances, conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome, etc; are all mandatory at this stage. Speak to your doctor for a CT scan abdomen, ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis, transvaginal ultrasound, blood profile, hysterosalpingography, etc. The diagnosis is the most important part of treatment.
Best wishes.
