What Causes Pounding Of Heart,pressure In Tongue And Trouble In Breathing?
Hey,I feel my heart beating in my throat. My tongue feels like its pulling. I feel this squeezing in the back of my throat,neck and tongue. Its driving me nutts. I am having a hard time breathing as well. Im 37 years old and Im a female. I really need help.

your symptoms are very non speicfic. i feel they are stress related. are you going through any kind of stress. if so try to deal with your stress. eat healthy, exercise and try avoiding stressful situations. there is nothing to worry about. these symptoms will subside once your stress settles.
