i wanna know what is wrong, i have a pounding headache as soon as i get out of bed until i fall asleep so far its been nearly 2 weeks of headaches, frequent urination, lower back pain, stomache pain ( nothing like period pain or usual cramps ) i am not on the pill anymore. after i have eaten, the smell and look of food makes my tummy curdle. havent been vomiting but some days i feel i need to. Always tired also due to headaches ( usually in bed at 9:30pm and wake up at 8:30am ), my stomache looks like im about 4 months pregnant. Went and seen a doctor last sunday and she didnt do any tests just said it was all caused by a muscle spasm in my left shoulder and gave me nurofen plus, nothing has helped, massages to the shoulder, nurofen, panadine forte, nothing. why am i in so much pain?
