What Causes Postpartum Weight Gain?
Hi, I had a baby before 10 month.before pregnancy I was 52Kg but now I am 64Kg.I am doing exercise 1hr in treadmill and 1hr outside walking per day.and I am controlling the diet not taking any oil or sugar rich food,everyday my intake under 1200 Cal.I am still brestfeeding.BP,Blood sugar,Thyroid everything normal.plz advice me what I must do to reduce this weight & tummy.There is no family members in my family over BMI. It is due to sedentary life style after delivery. Nothing much to worry and do frequent exercises and proper diet control and you will be fine.
Make sure that your thyroid function test is well within the normal range because hypothyroidism can cause similar symptoms.
