Hi, I had a baby before 10 month.before pregnancy I was 52Kg but now I am 64Kg.I am doing exercise 1hr in treadmill and 1hr outside walking per day.and I am controlling the diet not taking any oil or sugar rich food,everyday my intake under 1200 Cal.I am still brestfeeding.BP,Blood sugar,Thyroid everything normal.plz advice me what I must do to reduce this weight & tummy.There is no family members in my family over BMI.
