What Causes Post Nasal Drip Despite Taking Antibiotics?

After taking a course of Celestamine for Sinusitis, I still experienced nasal drip. My doctor has prescribed another course of 12 tablets (1 three times a day). I become very flushed if I take the daily dose of 3 tablets, and twice when I have bent over I experience a runny nose of clear yellow fluid.??

Persistent post nasal drip indicates increased mucous production. Common causes may be allergy, sinus infection, nasal polyp, rhinitis and deviated nasal septum.
Advice

2.     Tablet Vozet (levocetirizine) 5 mg daily per oral for 7 days

4.     Tablet Rantac (ranitidine) 150 mg twice daily per oral for 15 days
5.     Ambroxol 30 mg daily per oral for 7 days
6.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
