Pregnancy is possible with pre – cum fluid which is secreted from penis before actual ejaculation. Pre – cum fluid also contain sperm. So there is a chance of getting pregnant.
Women conceive during fertile period i.e. day 12 to day 18 of the cycle. No contraceptive is 100% effective in preventing pregnancy and pregnancy is possible even after proper use of contraceptive pills.
How to confirm whether you have really conceived or not?
Get done an ultrasound for confirmation of pregnancy.
Advice
1.     Consult an obstetrician for further management of pregnancy.
