What Causes Popping Sound In Ear?

Every time I burb my left ear pops. It is slightly painful and unsettling. Not sure what the cause may be. I am 32 years old, 6 2 , weigh 215 pounds and this has never happened before, but it has been ongoing for last several days. What can I do to make this go away and what may have been the likely cause?

HI
Well come to HCM
This is physiological phenomenon because at the time of burping little air also escaping from the Eustachian tube and this could gives popping sound this is normal one, second because of wax impaction this may be possible and for this you need to get done the ear examination and found ear wax impaction then this need to be evacuated, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
